How Do I Obtain an Airshow ticket?

Individual Tickets will be on sale exclusively at Shop ‘n Save supermarkets in advance for $15.00 per ticket. Tickets will be sold at Shop N save through Sunday June 12, and at the gate afterwards.

When do tickets go on sale at Shop ‘n Save?

Mid-April, 2022

Can the tickets be used for either day?

Yes, Tickets will have both Saturday and Sunday stubs on them and are good for one of the days only.

Will tickets be available at the gate?

Yes. Tickets will be on sale at the gate for $25.00 per individual ticket.

Do military veterans receive a discounted ticket price?

No. Tickets must be purchased in advance at Shop N Save to receive a discount.

Will people be allowed to attend who do not arrive in a vehicle?

Yes. To be on airport grounds including the parking lot area all attendees must have a valid ticket.

What time does the gate open?

Gate opens at 10 AM each day.

What is the cost to park a car?

$5.00. Proceeds benefit the local fire departments.

Will there be handicap parking available?

Yes. Transportation from the parking lot will be provided to and from the exhibitor and spectator areas.

Can I tailgate and watch the airshow from the parking lot?

Yes. Each individual tailgater must have a valid individual ticket in their possession to watch the airshow on airport property. No Alcohol, cooking or open flames.

Can I bring my own alcohol on airport property?

No. Alcohol will be available for purchase at the event.

Can I grill my own food at my car or on airport property?

No. No cooking or open flames on site will be permitted. Food will be available for purchase from food vendors.

Can I bring my own cooler with food and refreshments?

Yes. Coolers, food and non –alcohol refreshments are permitted. Alcohol not purchased on the grounds, grills and open flames are not permitted.

What if the airshow is cancelled and I purchased a ticket?

If for some reason the airshow is officially cancelled, tickets will be valid for the next airshow.

If I exit the parking area may I return that day?

Yes, but there will be a $5.00 parking fee each time you re-enter the parking area.

Who will benefit from airshow proceeds?

All proceeds over and above airshow expenses will go to Westmoreland Food Bank.

Are Campers/motorhomes allowed?

Yes. Parking fee will apply and each passenger must have a valid ticket to be on airport property. No overnight parking will be allowed.

Can I Obtain a VIP ticket for either Saturday or Sunday?

Yes. VIP tickets are available for either day until sold out. Follow www.palmerairport.com for updated ticket availability.

Is smoking permitted?

Smoking is permitted in the parking lot. Smoking will not be permitted in the spectator area or exhibitor/food vendor area.

Under what conditions do I have to wear a mask?

Unless CDC guidelines change wearing a mask is optional. www.palmerairport.com, Facebook and twitter will have the latest updates

Must I Follow CDC and PA Department of Health Covid-19 guidelines?

Yes. Covid 19 guidelines are subject to change daily. It is recommended that you click here to read the latest pandemic guidance prior to attending the event.

What am I allowed to access while on Airport property?

You will have access to the spectator, exhibitor and food vendor areas within the venue.

Will restrooms be available?

Yes. Restrooms will be available throughout the parking lot and spectator area.

What should I do if I have an emergency?

Call 911 if you need emergency assistance.

Are Pets allowed?

No. Service animals are allowed but you must be in possession of any official service animal designation documents.

May I bring chairs to sit on?

Yes. Chairs must remain within your allotted parking space in the parking lot. Chairs may be brought in to the spectator area but may not obstruct another spectator’s view.

May I set-up a tent or umbrella to sit under?

No. Tents, canopies or any device that blocks the view of others are not permitted

May I utilize motorized equipment or bicycles to travel about the Exhibitor area or around the grounds?

No, Scooters, minibikes, bicycles or ATVs are not allowed.
